A cheerful girl named Cinderella gets help from her fairy godmother and proves that kindness brings its own magic.
Cinderella was a happy girl who lived with her stepmother and two stepsisters. While her stepsisters played, Cinderella dusted the floors, washed the windows, and gave crumbs to the mice. Even when she was tired, she still smiled, told silly jokes, and sang little songs.
One bright morning, a letter arrived. There would be a big party at the prince’s house, and everyone was invited! The stepsisters danced around and tried on their sparkly shoes. They told Cinderella she couldn’t come because she had too much cleaning to do. Instead of feeling sad, Cinderella helped them pick out bows and brush their hair.
That night, after the others left for the party, Cinderella wished by the garden. POOF! Her fairy godmother popped up and said, “Let’s get you ready, too!” With a wave, she turned a pumpkin into a bumpy orange coach, and mice into tiny, quick horses. The fairy godmother gave Cinderella a twinkly dress, glass slippers, and said, “Have fun! Be back before bedtime!”
At the party, everyone wondered who the new guest was. The prince asked her to dance, and they laughed as they circled the room. When the big clock started to ring, Cinderella hurried away, losing a glass slipper on the steps.
The next day, the prince visited every house, looking for the girl whose foot would fit the slipper. The stepsisters tried, but the shoe was too small. Cinderella slipped her foot inside—perfect! The prince smiled, and everyone clapped.
Cinderella went to live at the prince’s house, but she always stayed friendly and helpful. After all, even tiny acts of kindness can turn a regular day into something special!
